Product: Hp omen by hp citadel

Hi, 

 

I'm mounting the Omen chair but the video it's not clear. On the side there are M8 screws to attach the backrest to the seat. With each screw there are 2 washers. What should be the order of the mounting?

 

1. Screw; 2. Washer; 3. Chair seat metal support; 4. Washer again; 5. Backrest

 

Or should step 4 be after step 2?
