Hi:

Your notebook supports 2 x 16 GB of DDR4-3200 memory.  I recommend Crucial memory:

Crucial 16GB DDR4-3200 SODIMM | CT16G4SFRA32A | Crucial.com

Below is the link to the service manual:

The notebook has support for two M.2 NVMe SSD's.

Maintenance and Service Guide (hp.com)

The PCIe slot generation is 3.0.

I recommend the Samsung 980 PCIe 3.0 or the Samsung 990 Pro PCIe 4.0.

The PCIe 4.0 SSD will not run at its maximum advertised read/write speeds from the Gen 3.0 slot.

This table provides the maximum transfer speeds each PCIe slot generation can provide:

Heyy Paul! thankyou for the insight! if i bought the PCIe 4.0 ssd will it still give the maximum speed limit that PCIe 3.0 can get? also is there a way to increase max ram to 64? because i work at 3D industry and i need to get as much ram as i can (and no i can't have a PC because i always change places)

You're very welcome.

Yes, it should-- up to 4,000 MBPS.
