Hello, I'm using my HP Omen 27 with a PS4 Pro connected by the HDMI cable that came with the PS4 (It is supposed to be a 2.0 cable) but I'm not able to set up the 2k resolution. What the hell is going on?

Hi @playk  , Thank you for posting in HP Forum!

The Omen 27 comes with a resolution of 2560 x 1440, so ideally does support a 2K format. PS4 Pro also has a resolution range between1080p to 1440p.
Are you unable to setup the resolution to 2K in the resolution menu of the PS, or during gameplay?

If its during gameplay alone then I believe the game you are playing should support 1440p resolution, else it will play on 1080p by default. You can check this PS4 blog for the same: https://blog.us.playstation.com/2016/09/08/ps4-pro-the-ultimate-faq/
