Product: OMEN by HP 27 Display

Hello,

 

my HP Omen 27" Display doesn't automatically switch input when I connect my Laptop to it while my PC is on. I always have to switch inputs manually via input menu. But according to the manual it should automatically detect inputs.

This might require one on one interaction to fix the issue, I am sending you a private message with the steps to talk to HP support.

Please check the mailbox icon at the top-right corner of this screen.
