HP Omen 600
Microsoft Windows 11

Randomly, when I turned on my Desktop Computer, my HP Omen 600 Mouse started to show Red Light flashes. It flashes like every half second. The Left and Right buttons are recognized by the PC, but the pointer is not being shown. On every computer I tried, is the same result. The mouse has no damage and I can't find any explanation or solution to this issue, so I can't use my PC because of this random error.

Hi @Irwin6

Sadly, I already tried that tool before. The firmware is on its latest version, yet, the mouse is still not working properly on any PC.

Here I share a video with Samsung QuickShare to provide more info about the problem hoping it can help to identify the issue.
