HP Gaming 800 Headset

I have 1 HP Omen 800 Gaming headset. I enjoyed using the headset. However, I have a small problem right now: First, the pads of my headphones started to peel off, then the skin on the sponges inside the pads started to break off by themselves. I don't have a spare pad, can you help me? I loved my headphones, but I don't have the money to buy a new one. Please can you help me? Also my Headset serial number isn't working, headset serial number is [Personal Information Removed]

I see that there is an issue with the HP headphone pads and may need replacement if the part is available.
