HP Omen 30L GT13-0xxx
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

When attempting to run a benchmark through the gaming hub it will only go to 2% and then stay stuck there. I've tried leaving it running for a few hours and still no progress. The initial issue was suddenly being unable to use the overclock function through the gaming hub, as it would stay frozen at 50% and would no longer restart repeatedly as it normally does while overclocking. Because of this I uninstalled and reinstalled the Gaming Hub. Once reinstalled I attempted to run an initial benchmark test as is required before overclocking and that's when it began to freeze at 2%.

HI@Rhayghar, Welcome to the HP Support Community!

I reviewed your post and I understand that overclocking is not working on the Omen command center.

Don’t worry, I assure you I will try my best to get this sorted.

Based on the specifications of your computer, I see that the overclocking feature is not supported on the computer. Please refer to the below article for more information.

However, I recommend you uninstall the Omen command center from the computer and then download and install it from the Microsoft store and check if it helps.

Thanks for the reply!

I was able to successfully use both the benchmark and overclocking features before this problem arose. The benchmark would go to 100%, complete successfully and display the results. The overclocking feature would also function properly with it going to 100% while restarting multiple times as it should throughout the process and then showing it was completed successfully. I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling multiple times  and it hasn't helped unfortunately. Also I do believe I see my model (OMEN 30L GT13-0xxx Desktop PC) on the list of computer models that can use this feature.

Hi@Rhayghar,

`We have done the basic troubleshooting as per the document and the notebook needs to checked taking remote access so that get to know it's a hardware or software issue.

I'd suggest you contact HP in your region regarding the service options for your computer or HP Chat Support Team.
