Product: Hp Omen Mindframe
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hello, 

 

I have an issue with my HP Omen Mindframe as the 7.1 option when activated through the Omen Gaming Hub it gives an annoying echo sound through calls in discord and as well as the game itself which makes it not assistive at all in games like valorant, overwatch and COD War Zone. alongside the tearing in the sound when i switch applications. 

 

Troubleshooting steps: 

1 - Updated the windows drivers to the latest

2 - Updated through HP Support Assistant to the latest drivers as well. 

3 - reinstalled the whole application

4 - checked all the sound issue troubleshooting steps 

 

Hope there is something to be done regarding this as this is not a cheap product to give me such performance.
