Product: OMEN by HP Mindframe Prime Headset
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

When I plug my Omen Mindframe into my computer, I get the notification that a USB device is being set up. After about 10 seconds, it says USB device is ready to go. It does not show up anywhere in my computer. It isn't in my sound control panel or anything. It's a ghost after it is set up.
