Hello, I was curious if anyone knew how to get the HP Omen Outpost mouse pad to turn off when my laptop is turned off. As I have it plugged into a Thunderbolt docking station and when I turn off the laptop and station the mousepad still stays on and lit up. Which is very distracting at night when I want the light turned off. I did not seem to find any solution on the HP Omen Gaming hub or on the mouse pad itself. I have tried the mousepad being plugged into the laptop and docking station but it seems to still stay on even when everything else is turned off. I'm not too sure if this has something to do with the fact it is plugging into a docking station/laptop or if it's just an oversight on the mousepad and you can't turn it off without unplugging it or going to the app to turn off the lights manually. But if anyone has any solutions or tips that would be greatly helpful.
(I also have a similar issue with my laptop cooling pad and it does not turn off even when the laptop is off when plugged in, and I have to unplug it to turn it off.)

The dock is still alive you need to urn it off. Your machine won''t turn the dock off UNLESS the dock is FULLY compatible with your machine.
Regards.
