HP Omen Sequencer

So I have just bought the HP Omen Sequencer and tried to connect the keyboard to the PS4 and when I pressed a key, nothing happened. But ps4 still shows the icon that a keyboard is connected. Is there anyway to fix this.

Have you tried to connect this keyboard on another device and check if it works. 

Similarly, Have you checked if other keyboard works fine on the PS4

 

If this keyboard works on another PC and not on the PS4, then this could be an issue with the PS4

 

If this keyboard does not work on the other PC then this could be an issue with the keyboard itself.

 

Please respond to this post with the details for further assistance.

It doesent work for me either but it works on pc and not on ps4 other keyboards also work with the ps4

The keyboard works when connected to a pc, and I had other keyboards connected to the PlayStation and they worked perfectly fine. But this one games like fortnite wont recognize. Sorry for not responding for a while, just got my account back.

I just purchased the sequencer and it does not work with PS4, what a disappointment, is there a solution to this issue, I will return the keyboard in a couple of days due to this issue.
