Hello everyone

I have HP Omen Vector wireless mouse which I bought in December 2022. Now I have a problem with the left button which accidentally double clicks by itself even when I just pushed the button once. Local store where I bought it (Kazakhstan, Astana) claims that their warranty is only for 1 year, whereas HP Worldwide Limited Warranty is given for 2 years. So the store asked me to contact HP service center by myself, however local HP service centers do not repair accessories. Somebody please tell me whom I should contact in order to repair my mouse via warranty

Hi @ShyngysDau,

Welcome to the HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query. I will be glad to assist you.

I see that there is an issue with the HP wireless mouse and may need replacement based on the warranty applies.

The support here is limited and this issue might require one-on-one interaction to fix it.

I've sent you a private message with the instructions.
