I have a HP Reverb G2 V2 I just got.  It worked on an older computer.  I purpose built a much better computer explicitly for this headset and I all the sudden get 1-4 error talking about a bad cable.  The cable is fine because it works on my 5 year old machine with barely enough horsepower to run anything on it.  The bigger issue is I can't engage support because the serial number wont recognize in the HP support system.  I even copied the value from system manager to make sure I wasn't confusing a O or zero or any other character in that extremely small print.  I need someone from HP support to help figure out this thing or I'm sending it back as DOA.
