I'd like to know how HP can help solve this issue for me.
 
As it stands, I have quite an expensive VT Headset that I cannot use due to a design issue by HP where the original V1 cable does not support the AMD chipset. This I only discovered after upgrading my PC just after the warranty for my headset expired.
 
I'd like to know when you plan on getting the V2 cables, which apparently are compatible, in stock again which I guess I now need to buy.
 
Please also not the email trail below where you support team does not seem to know what the situation is themselves and pushed me from pillar to post only to tell me, "sorry I can't help you".
 
This is very poor from HP and several levels. I don't need yet another apology here but a realistic response on when I can use my headset again.
