Product: HP Reverb G2
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Only one ear (right) works on my fresh Reverb G2 headset. I get no audio from the left ear at all. This is consistent across all VR applications I have tested. I have looked at the audio settings for the headset audio and don't see anything suspicious. How can I fix this?

You could try this:

Speakers going Goofy? Try removing and reconnecting them. The headphones make a connection with “pogo” pins to the contacts in the headstrap. Removing the headphone and putting it back on can help ensure the pogo pins are in their proper place. Sometimes during the tumble and shaking of shipping the pogo pins leave their proper place.
