HP Reverb G2 Virtual Reality Headset
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Dear Friends.

I face constant problems with my new HP Reverb G2 v2. I have tried all troubleshooting options, have decent system set up and updates.

One is ad hoc flickering and stuttering. The view would go really mad, turn the picture upside down, blue flecks, shaking, so I have to stop the VR and restart the PC. It randomly appears again from time to time.

The other problem is the sound. From time to time the speakers on Reverb start to loudly crunch, so hard it can damage your ears. I need to restart the PC all the time.

I would not find the right answers, so I am afraid it is the goggles that are somehow corrupt or it is just the cable. Please help me. I am overall very satisfied with the product, when it works.

I understand that there is a new cable being offered to some customers who are experiencing similar issues?

Thank you.
