Product: HP Reverb G2

Th helmet go to stand by mode even if i am wearing it. The screen is going black. The sound and tracking still working, but no video. if I take the helmet off and put it back on. Or press Windows + Y, the helmet wake up. It's like there no activity, but i am in game. If i put the standby timer on "never", everything is working fine, but i forget to shut down the helmet, my screen can burn...

Mine does a similar thing, i think we need replacement cables, but you cant seem to get them anywhere, theres no online support and the support numbers dont have Reverb G2 listed as an option, its as if they have just given up on the device.

from what ive read on the cable it seems to always have an issue, its out of stock on HP website because so many people have had to rebuy it

the cable the 6m one is now also out of stock everywhere even on the parts website, literally have dead products
