Product: HP Reverb G2
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)
Hello, I am having trouble with my HP Reverb G2 connecting to my computer. When I plug the device in, device manager doesn't recognize it, it says:
Unknown USB Device (Port Reset Failed) Driver error
and it says Error 43.
I have sent it back already to get the cable replaced or whatever, and even after getting it back the device still doesn't work. I'm using an ACER Nitro 5 laptop (It has USB C 3.2 on it).
I'm not sure if its necessarily an error on my end considering I tried connecting it to a friends computer and I had the same results.
