HP Reverb
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I've recently bought a HP Reverb VR headset.

The headset works fine, but there is a proble with the right hand controller.

First of all, the LEDs have a dimmer light compared to the left hand controller even if I put new batteries in the device.

Probably because of that the controller cannot be seen in "mixed reality portal game" either (like No Man's Sky)

You can see it on the attached pictures.

What could be the problem? Is the controller faulty?
