Dear HP support,

Please note that i have an HP reverb g2 that suddenly the cable stopped running (light does not come on) even though the charger runs normally with 19.8 volts.

I bought it for my son but couldn't run it on his amd based system and had to let him use my pc that is nvidia  based with rtx 3090 and had better connectivity but not all the time,

I was wondering if i can get a replacement cable 6m as my son is very sad and there is no where to buy it here in Jordan.
