Product: HP X1000 Speakers
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11
Hello
I've recently purchased the Hp X1000 Speakers and they are making a constant buzzing/whining/hissing noise when not in use and even in use at lower volumes.
The have tried the following
- changing the power cable
- plugging them into another pc
- adding ferrite rings to the cables
- changing the socket they are plugged into
- unplugging all electrical devices nearby
- updating drivers
- lowering volumes both on windows and physically on the dial
Nothing has worked and the noise is driving me crazy.
When i turn on the speakers from the sub they initially won't make the noise however when i attempt to play anything the noise begins and continues after i stop the music/video etc.
I've seen one other post regarding this that is now locked.
any advice or help please?
