HP X1000 Wireless Gaming Headset
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hello HP Community,

I hope some of you might help me here with my problem. I recently bought the HP X1000 Wireless Gaming Headset and was eager to enjoy the hell out of it. Unfortunately I experienced connectivity issues not long after the inital use.

The HP X1000 loses randomly the connection to the notebook for a couple of seconds and reconnects itself to it. The result is losing any sound. The only way to get the sound back on track is to manually change to antoher output before selecting the HP X1000 again. Is there a way to solve this problem? I could still return the headset but actually I am quite content with it (if only this problem wouldn't be).

Thank you in advance.

Greetings from Germany.
