Hi all,
Hope you have answers to this problem.
I have been using this HP X1000 Wireless Gaming Headset now for a while.
And strating to use it again on a Dell latitude laptop running Windows 11 64bits
As soon as I plug the USB dongle on my laptop I get the error Unrecognized USB device.
With error 43.
I can still use the headset on an other laptop running Windows 10 64bits without any problem.
I have gone through several suggestion like :
deinstalling USB bus controller (HUB USB or generic USB)
disable the windows optimization of the batterie on Hub USB
deinstalling the USB driver in error
checking that the bios is uptodate (in my case Dell)
checking all drivers are uptodate (with HP tool)
checking it works on other laptop (in my case yes)

Has anyone already face the same issue ? or has other ideas ?

thanks in advance

Hi @Thefly13 ,

Welcome to the HP Support Community.

I'd be glad to help you!

That is an excellent description and a great diagnosis. It is greatly appreciated.

Since you were able to use this Headset on other devices, this could be an issue with your Dell Latitude laptop running Windows 11 64bits.

I recommend you contact the Dell support team for further assistance. Thanks.

Keep me posted for further assistance
