My HP X27Q monitor goes black when using my Xbox Series X. Sometimes turning the monitor on and off fixes it, most of the time it doesn't. I've already reset the monitor to factory default settings. I've already checked all of the physical connections and switched out the power, HDMI, and DVI cables with different cables. I've tried plugging my monitor into my battery backup UPS, as well as directly into the wall. I tried connecting my XBOX One S and experienced the same issue. I have no problems when my Xboxes are connected to a different monitor/TV. The monitor's FW Package version is 1.1.1.0 and HW Revision is LIM101. Is there a newer firmware version than 1.1.1.0? Please help!
