I reviewed your post and I understand that the scroll on the mouse is not working.
Don’t worry, I assure you I will try my best to get this sorted.
The scroll wheel on the mouse is a mechanical part and it cannot be fixed. I recommend you contact support and look for the available service options.
Here is how you can get in touch with support.
1)Click on this link – www.hp.com/contacthp/
2)Select the product type.
3)Enter the serial number of your device or select let HP detect your product option.
4)Select the country from the drop-down.
5)You should see the HP phone support number or Chat option listed.
Let me know how it goes and you have a great day!

Thanks for your reply. i already tried these steps and every time i enter the serial number or the product number it gives an error. i can't even find the product itself on the list. can you try it yourself please. i already wrote the number and a moderator hide it.

Usually, the HP accessories come with 6 months warranty and the mouse may be out of warranty and that could be a reason why you are not getting the support options. However, help me with your region (Country) in a private message and I will share the contact details.
Cheers!
