Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

Hi, 

 

I've been trying to get my HP mouse to reconnect to my HP laptop after it stopped working a few months ago. Today I tried the HP diagnostics and had to enter the serial number, which was not valid. Why would this be and what can I do about it?

May I have the exact model name of the product? Refer to this document for steps to find the product details. Do not share any of your personal information such as serial, phone number, email ID, etc.
