Hello,

 

today I've received my hp reverb g2 but after connecting it to PC nothing happens.

 

I've already tried to update windows (I've got latest update installed right now). 

 

I've tried to connect it to every single USB port - nothing.

 

I've also installed steam vr and steam windows mixed reality vr - nothing.

 

Is this some issue with the headset or am I doing something wrong?

There are lots of issues with x570 motherboards.

If you have one of those try a front usb or usb hub or something.

Same thing happened to me. Had to wait a long time for a replacement cable, and that did not fix the issue. So now I have returned the headset for repair. Been a month waiting on that. I expect that will fix the issue because between replacing the cable and the headset, there is nothing else left to replace (I confirmed the power brick is fine.)
