HP x1000
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hello, I have bought the HP x1000 headset about 2 months ago, but after using it for a while the microphone started glitching out and cutting out mid-sentence, and I've tried everything possible but couldn't fix it. Then I decided to use my 1-year warranty, but when I went to check it on the hp warranty check website, the site couldn't detect my serial number. I don't know what to do, I just want to replace my headset with a buggy microphone or fix it.
Does anyone have any idea of how I can redeem my warranty to replace the headset? Or how to fix the buggy microphone?
