Product: HP x1000 wireless gaming headset
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

I've had my headphones for about a year now. Ever since I unplugged the USB from my PS5 a week ago, it seems to have stopped working. now when I plug it into my PC It doesn't recognize the USB device at all. It says: 'Unknown USB Device (Device Descriptor Request Failed) on Device Manager.

 

In the devices properties it says (Code 43). Please can I get help with this? Thanks.

I failed to add that because my headphones USB don't work the HP and Polyapp services DO NOT WORK. I can't connect the USB properly, please do not close this case!
