HP x1000 Wireless Gaming Headset
Microsoft Windows 11

Hello.

I got my HP x1000 Wireless Gaming Headset about a month ago. Today I pressed the power button twice by mistake and my microphone mute led lit up. Since then, I cannot switch the device on. Pressing/long pressing the power button and the mute button does not do anything. Its been 24hours and I am waiting for the battery to run dry hoping that would hard reset my device.  Is there any other solution other than to wait for the battery to run out? Is there any way that I can manually hard reset the device without waiting for my battery to be drained?

Thanks in advance.

x

Karl
