Hi @Atharva_01,

Welcome to HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.

If the RGB lights on your HP Gaming Mouse KM300F are not working, there are several steps you can take to troubleshoot and potentially resolve this issue:

1. Check USB Connection

Verify Connection: Ensure that the mouse is properly connected to your computer's USB port. Try unplugging and re-plugging the mouse into a different USB port to rule out any connection issues.

USB Port Check: Test the USB port with another device to confirm it's functioning correctly. Sometimes, USB ports can become loose or damaged, affecting the device's power supply.

2. Check Mouse Settings

HP Gaming Software: If your mouse came with specific software for customization (such as HP Omen Command Center or HP Gaming Hub), open the software and check the RGB settings.

RGB Lighting Control: Use the software to adjust the RGB lighting effects, colors, and brightness. Ensure that the RGB lighting is enabled and configured as desired.

3. Function Key (if applicable)

Keyboard Shortcuts: Some gaming mice have function keys (usually located on the keyboard) that control RGB lighting.

Check Manual: Refer to the user manual of your HP Gaming Keyboard & Mouse KM300F for any specific instructions regarding RGB lighting control.

4. Update Drivers and Firmware

Device Manager: Right-click on the Start button and select Device Manager.

Update Driver: Expand the category for Mice and other pointing devices, right-click on your gaming mouse, and select Update driver. Choose Search automatically for updated driver software to ensure you have the latest drivers installed.

Firmware Update: Check the HP support website for any firmware updates specifically for your KM300F model. Download and install any available updates as they may include fixes for RGB lighting issues.

I hope this helps.

Take care and have a good day.
