HP Mixed Reality Headset

I have the same question as others.  

I have an HP Omen Desktop and an HP Mixed Reality Headset.

 

After experiencing flaky behavior last year after a HP BIOS Upgrade and then Issues with Windows Service Packs, i gave up trying to get my headset to work.

At first, It would work for a few days after an update and then a hot fix would kill it.  At first, Microsoft allowed me to rollback the service pack and it would begin operating.  THEN, Microsoft killed the ability to rollback the service pack.  I suspect driver issues and multiple versions of cable.  Regardless, it eventually quit working entirely and I failed to get action.

 

Recently, a friend suggested a new cable as that seems to be the most common fix for this issue with the HP version of this headset.

 

I need to know how to order cable Part number 940814-001 as my mixed reality headset fails to operate.

 

Can you have someone please contact me?  I really need to purchase this or switch to another brand entirely.

 

Please assist me in anyway that you can.

The cable is not available on HP Part Store or HP Part Surfer for ordering. I suggest you contact Authorized HP Reseller in your region and check if the cable is available
