I have a computer but it doesn’t have plug ins to the monitor so I can’t change my hz by using windows to complete the steps. I’m trying to change it to 144hz for my PS4

@Plasticmasssacr,

Welcome to the HP Support Community!

I assure you I will try my best to get this sorted.

In order that I may provide you with an accurate solution, I will need a few more details and I would appreciate if you could, perhaps elaborate on your concern.

  • What is the exact model for your monitor?
  • Have you performed any troubleshooting steps before posting?

Usually, the option to change the refresh rate will be available in the operating system and you need to connect the monitor to a computer to change the refresh rate.

Look forward to hearing from you and you have a great day!
