Hp Omen 15 keyboard Omen Gaming Hub

Hi! I just bought a brand new OMEN Laptop - 15-en0171ng and I used Omen Gaming Hub for the lightning of the keyboard. It doesn´t appear that i have a lightning option and neither my laptop appears on The Omen Lightning App. I searched for hours how to fix it, from reinstalling everzthing to updating bios and viceversa.

Can someone help me fixing this?

And does this computer have a colorful keyboard lightning or not? Just because i can´t find any information about it.

For now i just have the white one.

which says nothing about keyboard. Does your machine look similar to

 

If not, it does not have 4-zones keyboard.

Yes, my machine looks exactly the same but unfortunately I can’t find it under lightning in Omen Gaming Hub and in Light Effects the laptop image doesn’t appear.

Is there a way to fix this?

Unfotunately i follwed the guide and nothing changed.

But i found out a page that might help:

So my devicee has RGB kryboard but no zone lightning.

What does that mean?
