When trying to update dockWhen trying to update dockWhen opening HP OMEN appWhen opening HP OMEN app

 

I am hoping that someone will have the answer for this.  I have an hp elitebook B40 G6 laptop with a thunderbolt 3 port.  I have run through the steps listed on HP's website for setup, but when I try to update the HP OMEN Accelerator dock i get the above error.  I have tried to update this via firmware in windows and it tells me I have the latest version.  I have uninstalled everything and run through the steps numerous times but i keep getting the same error.
