Hello, i got the Hp Reverb G2 in 2021 , this week the THIN plastic piece that was holding the headsets headband broke off and im using a piece of yarn to temporarily hold them together while im playing, ive tried gluing it on but it still fell off, i tried to look for support, but when it asks for my serial number it says that its not available, i bought the headset online , not at hp, so i dont know what to do since its pretty annoying to use the headset right now, i was always careful with my headset and i cant buy a new one, is there a way for me to get support from hp for this?
