Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

My mouse bottom red light is working I guess the way it's turning high and low feels it's sensing but the RGB lights are not working as i turned of them before by holding for 7 seconds and even the mouse is not responding now to click or scroll and I can't even turn the lights on by repeating the same procedure
