Hi

I have problem with accelerator, it is functional but not detected in app, i have pass all the steps from support page and nothing hapened

Please help

Don't worry as I'll be glad to help, however, to provide an accurate resolution, I need a few more details:

 

  • Have you tried removing the video card from the Accelerator and checking the device?
  • What is the exact issue? Is the notebook shutdowns when connected to the PC?
  • How are you trying to connect?

hi

i have try everything that you ask me

accelerator is connected via thunderbolt 3 cable with hp omen laptop, i have asus rtx 3060ti inside with corsair 750 w power supply, card is detected thru device manager and working ok but i think it should work better because im pushing only 109-120 fps on low settings in games, but the omen accelerator is not detected in omen accelerator app
