 Hey guys I have a problem with my headset. the mic is making weird noises it always buzzes and makes cracking noises. I have always treated it well. It is even still in warranty but unfortunately the serial number on the package is not correct. When I want to check the always comes only a hp music box but not my headset. What should I do

The notebook needs to checked by taking remote access so that get to know it's a hardware or software issue.

 

I'd suggest you contact HP in your region regarding the service options for your computer or HP Chat Support Team.
