Reverb g1
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

My Reverb G1 is no longer being recognized.

Sometime works for few minutes then unplug the usb port.

I have checked other ports, reinstalled the driver, and then i have reinstalled windows 10 too-

But the reverb is not seen by Windows.

I have changed a cable too whitout success

The reverb was bought in may 2020, it worked well for 4/6 hours total.

any idea??

Hi KrazyToad,

thank you for your attention,

i've already upgrated the firmware but it didn't work.

It's not possible for me to test the G1 in other PC, but the pc is new (asus z390 motherboard, i5 9600, nvidia 2080 super, 16 gb memory etc..) and other devices work well with him.

Sometime the reverb G1 start fine, but after few minutes it disconnect  and then is not possible reconnect .

Thank you for your support
