Hi there, 

I noticed a change is the model number for the hp x24ih, it’s changed from 2W924AA to ‎2W925AA. I was just wondering if the panel has changed and also whether the input lag/response time specs are different?

They appear to apply to the very same gaming monitor.  If you go to https://partsurfer.hp.com/partsurfer?searchtext=2W924AA, and look at "2W924AA", you'll see the "buy" option for the HP X24ih FHD Gaming Monitor.

 

The other number, 2W925AA, applies to the same HP X24ih FHD Gaming Monitor, and only differs in alternative power cables for different countries:

In other words, there appears to be no difference at all -at least that is my take.
