HP Reverb G2 Virtual Reality Headset
Microsoft Windows 11

I'm in the military in Poland.  I purchased a new Alienware PC and G2 Reverb a month and a half ago.  Got busy with the war effort in Ukraine over the last month.  Finally got a day off, was looking forward to some flight simulation.  Took the day to set up my new PC and try out my new G2 Reverb.  Was so excited, but for the life of me I could not get the power to the headset to turn on.  I checked all the drivers and connections a hundred times. I hit the little power button on the box and nothing happens.  No light nothing.  Contacted HP customer service.  They were absolutely useless!!!  They would not recognize my serial number, therefore would not help me.  I looked up online where to find the serial number.  I am giving them the sn printed on the side of the **bleep** headset.  I paid a lot of money for this product and am very upset.  I will never buy hp again.  Not because their product didn't work, but because of how piss poor their customer service is!

Some people on Reddit mentioned similar problems, but I couldn't find a solution.  So I'm returning the product and going with the Occulus Rift (however you spell it)
