I purchased the Gaming Keyboard HP GK320 set months ago and my keyboard key's RGB(backlight) stopped functioning. When I enter my serial number in the site, it shows there isn’t any such product and I get frustrated the more I try getting it back. The warranty period isn’t over yet and I need help regarding my warranty. please help

I have backlight keyboard and if the LED went out I would have to guess at the  keys and the results would be bad..

Plug into another PC and see if the keys light up. If they do not then keep calling HP

and get the keyboard replaced.
