I want to activate the fnlock on my omen by hp keyboard

HP Recommended
Omen by hp encoder
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I want to activate the fnlock on my omen keyboard, but inside the omen gaming hub there isn't a function to do so.

I want to do this because it's very annoying that i have to press fn to control the volume, and it makes the macro keys completely useless. Let's say that i have for example two shots in a row set to my macro one, if i want to shot twice, i will have to take my hand out of the mouse, to press the fn key, then take my other hand out of the wasd keys, stop looking at the screen to look at my keyboard and find the macro key ( they are so high, no way to "touch type" them ) and if i'm lucky i will manage to shoot these two freakin shots. In the meanwhile, i will obviously get destroyed.

So please, instead of omen hub/ skrlock set the omen key to omen hub/fnlock.

Another example? I'm on discord, and i forgot that i had my headphones to the max level. Some troll starts screaming, and i have to mute the audio/ lower the volume. By the time i manage to do so, i will be deafen.
This is what brang my experience with that keyboard from 4.5 out of five to a 2.75 out of five.

I reviewed your post and I understand that you want to use the media keys instead of function keys.

Don’t worry, I assure you I will try my best to get this sorted.

You need to look for this option in the computer BIOS settings to disable the function keys and activate the media keys.

I hope that answers your question and you have a great day!
