I have a 

HEWLETT PACKARD Enterprise 805132-B21 NVidia Tesla M6 6GB GPU Video Graphics Card and I don't know how to install it

Depending on what PC (laptop, desktop?) you plan to install, here is an excellent basic MXM tutorial how to install an HPE NVidia Tesla M6 8GB GPU Video Card (p/n 805132-B21): MSI GT 72 NVIDIA GeForce GTX 980M Upgrade Guide - YouTube.

However, if your install includes heatsink part 797887-001 as illustrated above, install would be easier. You'll probably need M.2 SSD-sized mounting screws, such as this inexpensive kit: Amazon.com: M.2 Screw Kit,NVMe Screw m.2 SSD Mounting Kit，Compatible ASUS Motherboard : Electronics.
