Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

None of my USB ports are recognizing the device. I continue to get errors regarding USB 3.0 Error code 4-1. I have tried every USB 3.0 port on my mother board. This device used to work.

 

On top of that I cannot contact support because the serial number I provide is not recognized. I purchased this item directly from HP, and the serial number I have is even linked to my profile.

 

Please assist.

Also, the serial number for me was located on the inside of the headset and to the left of the lens. The sticker is small and can be difficult to read.
