Product: hp omen 15-dh0000nx
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 IOT

I am facing a problem with my omen command center on my laptop. The options list does not appear for me, not only for my keyboard lighting but other options too.

Depending on hardware configuration of your machine, OCC on your machine only shows which are available/applicable for your machine. For Lighting, does your machine have 4-zones which is similar to

 

   OCC zone.png

 

If not then NO Lighting feature/option
