Hello, Is it safe to plug the laptop charger (adapter)  to extension cord? Does that affect battery health on long term?  Thanks in advance.

As long as the extension cord meets standard electrical specs in YOUR country then nothing to worry about. All AC power points in your house use extension cords anyway UNLESS you plug your cord directly to a generator.
