Product: HP Wireless Mouse x3500
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi,

 

I recently purchased a HP Wireless Mouse x3500 via Amazon India. I lost the USB receiver for my mouse in the last week. I tried to contact support but there were no appropriate options via the IVR. I would like to know if I could buy the receiver for this mouse or should I have to buy a new mouse on the whole? It's still new and hence, I'd like to know if there are any alternatives.

Its does not support 5-Link receiver therefore you need to send its back and hope they can re-program or set a new code for you. This may cost much more than buying a new mouse.

Thank you @Banhien for your reply! I really appreciate your help. I think I'll buy a new one and keep the receiver safe! Also could you suggest me a mouse that supports a 5-link receiver?
