Product: HP OMEN 800

out of the blue the microphone of my HPOmen 800 headphones stopped working, I don't know and I understand why. (they weren't bumped)

Hello @bessiball 

 

Can you test the headphones on another PC to see if you have the same result?

If it doesn't work on any other system, then the mic is bad. If you are under warranty, you can contact HP for service.
